• Real Estate Packet – Full Service (printing, signing, and/or document drop-off):

o One signer: $175

o Two signers: $200

• Estate Planning Packet (one signer, one packet; signing only, includes trip fee): $105

Additional Services:

• Courier Service (FedEx, UPS, USPS drop-off with prepaid label): $20

Healthcare Power of Attorney (POA) Notarization:

o Covers all healthcare documents for that individual (up to 5 notarized signatures)

• If notarizing only healthcare POA forms:

o Base trip fee: $40

o Additional notarized healthcare signatures: $10 each

• Blank forms provided: $10 per form (includes one notarized signature)

• Additional signers: $10 each

o May be discounted to $5 per signature for bundled multi-signer/multi-document appointments (quoted in advance)

Payment Terms:

• Add $3.50 for credit or debit card payments

• No personal checks accepted

• Business checks accepted at non-discounted (card-rate) pricing

• Invoicing available for real estate transactions only

Travel Policy:

• Fees include travel within a 20-mile radius

• Additional distance will incur a mileage fee at the state regulatory rate, quoted in advance
