Mobile Notary Fee Schedule – Arizona Notarial Acts (State‑Regulated)

All fees are subject to change in accordance with applicable law. The notary may, at their discretion, offer discounts where permitted by law. Arizona law sets these fees; they cannot be increased.

Acknowledgments — $0-$10 per signature
Jurats — $0-$10 per signature
Oaths_or_affirmations — $0-$10 per person
RON_notarization — $0-$10 per act (not including electronic fee)

Mobile Travel Fees (Not Regulated – Set by Market)

Travel fees apply in addition to the state‑regulated notary fee.

Standard Mobile Service (8 AM – 6 PM)

Flagstaff city limits: $0 - $75
Greater Flagstaff / Kachina Village / Doney Park: $30-$95
Rural Coconino County: $30+ (distance‑based)

After‑Hours & Weekend

Evenings (6 PM – 9 PM): $25 additional
Weekends: $35 additional

Rush / Same‑Day Appointments

Same‑day or urgent requests: $25-$50

Special‑Location Appointments

Hospitals, care facilities, rehab centers: Call for quote
Court Hearings: Call for quote
Correctional facilities: $150+ (security wait times included)
